This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Creativox Terms of Service. You may not use Creativox in ways that harm others, violate law, or abuse our systems.
1. Lawful and authorized use
You must use Creativox only for lawful purposes and only with content and prompts you are authorized to use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or commercial use.
2. AI-specific restrictions
- Copyright misuse: do not generate or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property or mimics protected works without rights or permission.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: do not create deceptive synthetic media of real individuals, public figures, or brands intended to mislead.
- Counterfeits: do not produce packaging, labels, or creative assets designed to sell counterfeit or unauthorized goods.
- Minors: do not generate sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content involving minors.
- Illegal content: do not create or promote content that violates applicable criminal, export, sanctions, or advertising laws.
- Provenance metadata: do not remove, alter, or obscure machine-readable provenance metadata or AI-disclosure markers embedded in generated outputs.
- Abusive automation: do not scrape, spam, brute-force, or automate requests in ways that degrade service availability or circumvent rate limits or credit controls.
3. Platform integrity
You may not probe, bypass, or disable security controls; interfere with other users; reverse engineer restricted components except where permitted by law; or resell access without authorization.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to authorities where required.
